FENIX AMI Endpoints are innovative multi-carrier, two-way radios that operate over existing cellular networks (LTE-M), providing water utilities with meter consumption, sensor data, and with multiple read and transmit options. The F4 uniquely features meter neutrality, and solar technology that boosts battery life and is backed up with an extensive warranty.
For utilities that desire the convenience and safety of remote smart valve (RSV) functionality, FENIX offers the F235W Remote Smart Valve (with extended antenna and internal endpoint). This advanced RSV provides water utilities with a low-cost, secure way of remotely managing customer disconnects and reconnects that traditionally required on-site visits. This helps to lower utility operational costs and reducing on-site worker safety concerns.
FENIX’s unique solar technology is not limited to water. It is also available for gas meters. Meter neutral, LTE, multi-carrier technology for the efficient management of data collection for gas utilities.
Head End System: The OMNIA HES is a complete data management and control system for FENIX AMI Endpoints (water and gas) and Remote Smart Valves (water). Featuring ad-hoc device grouping for non-revenue water identification, configurable device health alerts, flow alarms and much more, this data solution simply needs to be seen to be believed.
Customer Portal: OMNIA software includes a premium customer portal featuring consumption graphing, usage comparisons, flow alerts, utility news and much more. And as with all OMNIA software, it comes pre-integrated with FENIX’s entire suite of products.
Field Mobile Application: The OMNIA Field Mobile Application is a wireless workforce provisioning service to aid in the deployment, configuration, and management of all FENIX hardware – including Remote Smart Valves, and AMI Endpoints. No proprietary handheld device required, accessible via smart devices (Android recommended.) Included as part of the OMNIA software solution.
